Invitation To Bid
The Town of Stockbridge offers for sale the following surplus vehicles:
1984 Blue F250 Ford Pick-up 4x4, standard with 53,064 miles
1988 Green GMC Truck, 5 speed with 8,082 miles
1989 Green F350 Ford Dump Truck with 116,130 miles
The vehicles may be viewed at the Highway Department at 1 West Stockbridge Road. The vehicles are offered "as is, where is" and the Town of Stockbridge makes no representation regarding the condition of the vehicles or it suitability for any purpose. The vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder. Bids will be received at the Selectmen's Office, 6 Main Street, Stockbridge, MA 01262 until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2007. The Town of Stockbridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, and to make an award in the manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Stockbridge.
